We love all beer; the double dry hopped fresh goodness in IPA's, the sweet tartness of a good sour or even the complex layers available in a dark stout. However sometimes it's good to just keep the beer simple.

Our small batch range of Single Hop IPA's aims to do exactly that. Made with a simple pale malt base recipe enabling us to explore and showcase the unique flavours and aromas of different hop varietals. Malt to the back, hops to the front!

Nelson Sauvin is a New Zealand hop varietal renowned for its bold flavour and punchy profile in hop-forward styles. With breathtaking characteristics of fresh crushed gooseberries, citrus and resin. Nelson Sauvin packs a serious punch and has a unique ability to impart fruitiness comparable to white wines from cooler climates. The complexity of its unique flavour profile has many a drinker searching for suitable taste descriptors.

Available from the 17th of October 2019 at all good bottle-shops, taproom and Ballistic Venues!
